This is a historical moment in the history of MQI – one that you made possible. We are so proud to bring you the good news that Jane’s Place is finally open in its new permanent home in Dublin.

Open up your latest Spring Quay Times dedicated to this occasion. Step inside and you will see the service helping women in addiction and experiencing homelessness.

Meet Susan, Jane’s Place Co-ordinator who will walk you through the various facilities and supports.

Meet Rose, one of the first Jane’s Place clients who suffered domestic violence, and has now gone from strength to strength with the help of Jane’s Place.

Hear from the female clients who are stepping inside for the first time, and really starting to feel at home in this safe and secure place.

This is a truly significant occasion. With Jane’s Place brings a whole new era of closely listening to women’s experiences of homelessness and addiction, helping them access the right supports – and helping them to regain their independence once more.

And more than that, you have shown what is possible when a community comes together. A community of kind, caring and courageous people who made the dream of Jane’s Place a reality.

As a service that is 100% funded by you, it is powered by love, strength, and understanding.

Thank you for helping women to heal, to hope and to be themselves once again.
